Rarity Communities currently has nine communities in development throughout the Tennessee mountains where the culture and history are rich and diverse. Tennessee has no state income taxes, a low cost of living, which is 10 percent less than the national average, and a mild climate with four distinct seasons. Most areas of the state are within a day’s drive of 75 percent of the U.S. population. Most of the Rarity communities are surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains, the most-visited national park in the United States.

Since the resort and community are private, Premier Championship golf is reserved exclusively for members, their guests and a limited number of very special visitors. The Dye Course is a very special place in a truly unique and spectacular mountain setting in Jellico, Tenn. The legendary golf course architect, Pete Dye, and his son, P.B. Dye, have teamed up on this project working tirelessly together as a talented design tandem to create a challenging course design that will be enjoyable and playable by all golfers.

Special care has been taken by our team during the design, planning and construction of The Dye Course to ensure quality and maintain high standards of course conditioning. From the beginning, during the planning stages we were focused on creating a great golf course that would offer all players, regardless of skill level, the ability to escape from the everyday stresses and enjoy hours of fun and enjoyment with friends and fellow members on a course design unlike anything you have ever played in your life.
